KFhair ships with DHL, FedEx and UPS. We automatically choose the most efficient delivery company for your shipping address.
Shipping fee depends on weight. We do at the lowest price for our customers so there is no free shipping fee. The shipping fee is based on Carriers price, we have no involve with the shipping fee.
The time it takes for your order to reach your door depends on where you are in the world. An order will take 3-7 days to reach your shipping address. These are simply estimates and not a guarantee. Talk to our sales agent to get an accurate estimated delivery time.
For products that are in stock, it takes only 1-2 days for the products to be prepared for shipping after you have placed the order.
For custom and made-to-order products, you should contact our sales agent to get the right production time estimation. About 3-7 days (Black color hair) and About 10-15 days (customized color hair)
Due to the high demand of our orders and fast shipping, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been placed. Once an order has been placed, our system process begins imediately and we are unable to honor requests for order cancellations or modifications. Modifications include products (adding/removing, changing item collection, color, or length) shipping address, shipping method, payment method and billing information.
If you are still experiencing shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly as they would be able to give you the most up-to-date information. If you are still experiencing issues or are unhappy with the shipping, please feel free to contact us by phone, email, chat, or text. Please know that we are unable to give more information than what is shown on the shipping carriers site.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately as it is much easier to find lost or missing parcels within a few days of sending them than several weeks later. Alternatively, you may find keeping your track and trace handy and giving your delivery company a call.
You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to send photos/video of the hair. The return package must include: Your name, Your contact number, and order ID. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back.
Exchange: Merchandise must be physically received at our corporate office and confirm all items are correct before a return can be granted.
Refund: Merchandise must be physically received at our corporate office and all items confirmed correct before a return can be granted. Then we will refund the purchase amount of the product but not the shipping cost.
Note: All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, original uncut lace, original undispersed curl pattern, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging & gifts attached) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.
We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within 15 days of the date that you receive your hair.
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return by shipping the provider with a signature confirmation service, or buying insurance to protect your package as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please be kindly note that if you return the order without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to guarantee your refund and make a complaint in accordance with the policy.
Once we receive your order, we usually reach out in 48-72 hours to get the issue sorted.
We recommend when sending a product back for an exchange/return to opt for tracked delivery so you can keep track of where your item is. If anything happens to your item on its way to us, the courier company is liable for this and we unfortunately will not be able to honour the exchange/return.
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

We wash the hair by sampoo and dry the hair under the sun before process it.
Wash hair, dry hair, make weft bundles, remove any nits and lice by hand, wash and dry the hair again.
All processes is in house now. We mostly do guarantee quality by hand checking every single bundle.

On the top, all cuticles are aligned. In the bottom of bundle, it depends on the standards. If you buy our double drawn hair, 30 cm of short hair removed. For super double drawn hair, 75 – 80% short hair removed, we also can do fuller bottom, it all depends on price.

No, we don’t use acid at all. If you buy colored hair, we use acid to bleach the hair.
No, I can not. Just can gurantee our hair is 100% natural human hair.

We do steamed water hair.
We can do both double and single weft at same price, just note that double weft is shorter when you open the bundle.
We only stock raw material , just cut from girls, and make wefts and waves when we have orders. But if you are big customers and take hair frequently, we can start making your second order right after your first order was shipped.

We have our own standard, depending on which hair you want.
For raw hair: we have Diamond and Platinium standard, Diamond is quite like double drawn. Platinium quality, more short hair removed out of the bundles.
For remy hair: we have Single drawn, Double drawn, Super double silver and Super luxury different about full end, Single drawn is thinner than Double drawn, Super double silver is thicker than Double drawn and Super luxury is the best quality, super smooth and same length from top to bottom.
That is the hair cut directly from girls.
Yes, if you need to bleach the hair, there will be special materials for bleaching. Just tell us your inquiry, we will recommend the right hair.
No, our hair is real human hair.

Care and Usage

Our hair extensions are made from Remy 100% human hair, so you can style them with hot tools as often as you would style your own hair. It is super important to always use a heat protector on both your extension and your natural hair to prevent damage.
All human hair extensions can be dyed, cut and styled just like natural hair can but as they are not attached to their original root and have been chemically treated already, they can react differently to colour than you may expect.
We also advise to only ever darken or tone your extensions and never bleach or lighten them as this can seriously decrease the life span. If you are planning to dye your extensions, we strongly recommend taking them to a professional colourist with experience in dying hair extensions to avoid an incorrect result or damage to the hair.
Always dye a small section of the hair first before applying the dye all over to test the colour. Please note once the hair extensions have been dyed or chemically altered this will void our returns/complaints policy.
Yes, the hair extensions can and should be washed when necessary. The only change you need to make is to swap your shampoo for a sulphate/alcohol free product as these ingredients will dry the hair out decreasing the life span.
1. Always brush your extensions before you wash them.
2. Prepare a clean sink or bowl with lukewarm water
3. Pump 2 or 3 dollops of paraben, sulphate, alcohol and keratin free shampoo into the water and dissolve.
4. Shampoo each extensions separately by holding the bond and dipping the hair into the water. Massage gently with light strokes
5. Follow up with conditioner on the mids and ends. Leave them on a towel for around 15 minutes before rinsing.
6. Apply a deep conditioner or hair mask and leave them overnight
7. Rinse each extension the following morning in warm water
8. Allow them to air dry, or use heat protectant and a hair dryerRemember: always use a shampoo that is paraben, sulphate, alcohol and keratin free. Only condition the mids and ends of your extensions. Following these rules will extend the life of your extensions.
No. Using brushes that have bobbles on the ends or very thick bristles can cause shedding and damage to the seams. We advise to only use brushes like our KFhair Detangling Brush.
Hair extensions that are removed daily should be stored in a clean, dry box or bag away from sunlight, heat and water.
